What you’ll be doing.

Job Summary:

Europ Assist North America (EANA) is seeking responsible, dependable, career-minded individuals for our Summer Work Program. This person will work under the scope of one of our corporate departments to provide assistance by means of performing various clerical tasks.

This program is intended only for the summer and will end no later than September 1st. This is not an internship and does not qualify for educational credit.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• To support the Commercial team with various items including but not limited to the below:

• Conduct competitive analysis of the travel insurance industry

• Input client data into Sales Force and other CRM tools

• Assist with creating collateral marketing materials for client partners

• Support program reviews by compiling loss data

• Research potential client partners in the travel industry

• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18+ years of age

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, email and the internet

• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to work as part of a team

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

Pay: $13.00-15.00

Where you’ll be doing it.

This role can work remotely within the states listed below. Please note, we may only consider candidates who physically reside in one of these states.

CA, FL, IN, KS, MA, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, RI, SC, VA, WA

When you’ll be doing it.

While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8:00am-5:00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
