Summer Support (Part-time)

Job Overview

The Summer Support worker is responsible for assisting the Facilities Operations leadership team in advancing strategic goals by supporting initiatives and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process improvement analysis
• Site surveying
• Building audits
• Audits forms for errors and omissions; requests corrections when necessary
• Performs data entry

Qualifications

Below are the minimum qualifications for this job. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• Experience in data entry, and customer service preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Must possess a valid state vehicle operator’s license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; knowledge of MS Office Software
• Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy; plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively; communicate effectively; work cooperatively with others; and work under pressure with frequent interruptions
