Summary:
Conducts research and analysis and provides project management that supports the work of an assigned manager. Coordinates resources for project execution by participating in defining project scope and objectives, creating, and maintaining project documentation, incorporating management requirements. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Embrace Pet Insurance.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides research, analysis, and project management that support the work of an assigned senior leader.
2. Coordinates resources for project execution.
3. Attends meetings and participates on committees, as requested.
4. Proactively participates with internal and external partners to conduct early analysis of potential initiatives, policy matters, and projects.
5. Incorporates principles of teamwork and collaboration with all organizational levels in the resolution, completion, and follow-up of various responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with at least one year of coursework completed or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and superior writing and report presentation skills are essential.
- High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information accordingly.
- Team player willing to work with and assist other administrative staff.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Proficient with technology including mobile devices.
Job Type: Full-time Hybrid Internship; some flexibility in hours required.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
