As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will work closely with our experienced QA team to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability for our Office Solutions products. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply various testing methodologies and tools to diagnose electronics, identify defects, and verify product functionality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quality tests and inspections on Office Solutions products in the QA lab.
- Learn to use testing equipment and software to diagnose electronics and identify defects.
- Collaborate with the QA team to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Document test procedures, findings, and defects in test reports.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss product quality and improvement initiatives.
- Learn and adhere to quality standards and regulations applicable to Office Solutions products.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or a related field.
- Strong interest in electronics, technology, and Quality Assurance.
- Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Summer Internship Details:
- Compensation: The hourly rate is $17/hr.
- Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 3rd to August 9th, 2024.
- Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.
- Transportation: Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.
- Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
- Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
