Summer Child Care Program Interim Site Leader

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job opportunity? Join Stillwater Schools' Adventure Club team! We're seeking an Interim Site Leader for our school age Care Program at Brookview Elementary School for our summer program which runs May 20th until August 16th.
In this full-time interim role, you'll lead quality school age Care Programming for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment fostering social and emotional growth through learning, play, and relationships.  Provide site direction to program staff and maintain lines of communication, working cooperatively with families and building personnel.

Salary: Hourly rate $22.47 - $23.04 with health, dental & vision benefits
Work Schedule: 40 hours weekly
* Summer schedules is 8 hours straight-shift
- Potential variable times between 6am and 6pm
- Working, non-holidays May 31 to August 16

Job Summary:  To provide quality school age Care Programming for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment fostering social and emotional growth through learning, play, and relationships
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age and have Associate's Degree or higher
- Must possess or obtain a current first aid and CPR certification (will need to submit documentation within 120 days of beginning date of employment). Opportunities for certification are provided
- Desired candidate has background/training in one or more of the following areas: child development, child guidance, human relations, communications and recreational programming.
