- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the camp program
- Develop and implement a schedule of activities and events for campers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to camp staff
- Create a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Manage camp budgets and resources
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and information
```Skills```
- Classroom management: Ability to effectively manage a group of children in an educational setting.
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in a professional or volunteer capacity
- Childhood development: Knowledge of child development principles and ability to apply them in a camp setting
- Coaching: Ability to coach swim in all aspects to a variety of age ranges from 6-16.
- Communication skills: Effective communication skills to both staff and parents.
- Teamwork skills: Ability to work within a team-like setting and be a leader and role model for all.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 per week
