Kid's Culture Child Care is looking for Summer Camp Leaders and assistants to join our team.
*This is a 10 week program from June 24th to August 29th.
The Camp Leader is responsible for:
- Provide quality care for all campers
- Supervise and Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for all students
- Design, create and implement a creative curriculum which includes age-appropriate activities and games to enhance education, promote social development and have fun!
- Be an active participant in a variety of activities on a daily basis that include but aren't limited to - field trips, arts & crafts, physical activities, etc.
- Adhere to NH State Licensing Rules
Group Leader Qualifications:
- At least 17 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED and at least one of the following
- Experience working with school age children totaling 600 hours
- Documentation of at least 3 credits in elementary education, human growth and development, behavior management or recreation, or early childhood education
- Documentation that proves the candidate is a certified coach
- Documentation from or filed with the department that the candidate was qualified as an group leader in a school age program on or before the adoption of the current licensing rules (2017)
*We would be willing to train the right candidate
Work Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a School-Age/Summer Camp setting preferred
- Good communication skills with parents and staff members
- Organization skills - day to day schedule
- Willingness to have fun and participate in activities with the kids
Assistants would be responsible for:
