Job Summary/Basic Function
Under the direction of the Culinary Arts Manager, a Summer Camp Kitchen Helper will work together with other kitchen staff to prepare culturally appropriate food for the campers. If you love cooking or want to learn a new skill while making friends from all over the world, join us this summer.
You will:

- Wash dishes and utensils used during meal preparation and service.
- Assist the other kitchen staff with meal preparation as requested.
- Assist with dining hall and kitchen cleanup and disposal of garbage

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Interest in kitchen work
Preferred Qualifications
- Oral proficiency in the target language
- Previous Concordia Language Villages or camping experience
