Spend your summer working with Ferncliff’s summer programs! You could be hiking, swimming, canoeing, playing games, meeting new people, and enjoying God’s beautiful creation. The 2024 Ferncliff Summer Staff will be an incredible opportunity to guide children and youth to a life of caring for Creation, others, and themselves. The summer staff who serve at Ferncliff this summer will lead and mentor small groups of campers and build relationships that change lives. Our summer staffers will be a part of a close-knit team of young adults living together in an open, affirming, and anti-racist Christian community.
All positions are paid and include housing and training such as First Aid/CPR. Season begins in mid May and ends mid August.
About us: Ferncliff is a nonprofit camp and conference center located on 1,200 acres just west of Little Rock. We are affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) though we welcome campers and guests of all traditions. Since our start as a Summer Camp in 1937, we have become a center of faith development, hospitality, mission, and Creation care. Ferncliff has grown to include year-round conference facilities, a Nature Preschool, and the Disaster Assistance Center alongside our camp programs.
