Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI is now hiring for a Summer 3rd Shift Warehouse Picker. This position is responsible for handling and picking orders for next-day delivery.

Compensation
$18.00 plus shift premium and picking incentives

Schedule
Our 3rd Shift Warehouse employees work 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday, and start at 8:00pm. They average 40-50 hours per week with time and a half for hours worked over 40.

This is a summer position from April/May to Fall 2024

Responsibilities:

• Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders
• Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products
• Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
• Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required
• 2nd shift experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
• Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
