Summer 2024: Bridge Lending Internship

As an Intern within Underwriting, you will:

• Work closely with Senior Management and the Sales Teams
• Analyze commercial real estate financial data
• Research various markets, statistics, laws and regulations
• Draw conclusions based on aggregate information and prepare summary opinions
• Attend external meetings and build relationships with borrower and investor clients

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
• Strong academics and extracurricular involvement
• Interested in pursuing a career in real estate
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient user of Microsoft Suite, including Excel
