Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Culinary skills: Knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to create delicious sandwiches
- Cash handling: Experience in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
- Sales skills: Ability to upsell and promote additional items to customers
- Basic math skills: Proficiency in basic math calculations for cash handling and order accuracy
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service standards
- POS system knowledge: Experience using a point-of-sale system for order processing
Note: Prior experience as a sandwich maker or in the food service industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
