Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including preschool, childhood development, literacy education, special education, math, and tutoring.
- Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided by the regular classroom teacher.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with autism or other special needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development and effective teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with literacy education and math concepts at the appropriate grade level.
- Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
