8 Week Substitute Clerical Worker position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents and files when needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Prepare and modify documents using G-Suite or other software
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Requirements:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven experience as a Clerical Worker or similar role
- Proficient in G-Suite (Word, Sheets, Forms and Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
