Are you looking for flexibility to determine your own work schedule? Do you enjoy working with young children and are passionate about helping them to learn and grow? The Substitute Assistant Teacher may be just the position for you!
We're always in need of Substitutes to come in to help support our classrooms. As a Sub AT you provide us with the days and hours that you are available to accept work and we will schedule you out or call you on an as needed basis during the days and hours you are available. This also gives you the ability to turn down work in the event your schedule changes. We have a total of 9 different locations and 17 classrooms that rotate in needing support. Subs are required to maintain a minimum of working one program day per month. This is an in-person position only. Remote work not available.
Subbing is a great way to see if early childhood education is the career field for you. Also a wonderful position for parents, college students or retirees who are looking for a flexible work schedule.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
Starting Salary dependent on education:
- High School Diploma/GED: $16.30 per hour.
- CDA Certificate: $16.69 per hour.
- Degree: $16.69 per hour.
Degree/certificate must be related to Early Childhood Education. This is a non-exempt position. 90 day introductory period.
We are currently offering a $300 sign-on bonus after completing the 90-day probation period.
