We offer world-leading engineering services across the realm of renewable energy, including owner's engineering, detailed design, and construction management. We're looking for a Substation Physical Team and Account Leader to join the team to further develop our offering to our existing and new clients.

- Working with experienced staff, the candidate will complete physical engineering designs and the generation of professional plans and specifications, technical calculations, exhibits and reports.
- Knowledge and understand of Substation Physical Engineering design of utility and renewable substations.
- Design to current codes and standards.
- Performs and executes technical calculations with supervision.
- With supervision utilize AutoCAD to create general arrangements, and one-lines.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and the project engineering team for structural and civil design requirements.
- Respect and enforce policies and procedures in the preparation of drawings.
- Realize the different stages of the project in the timeframes and budgets. Provide guidance for project schedules and allotted hours for project tasks.
You are a team player who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders internally and externally with an exceptional ability to communicate orally and through written correspondence. You have a strong work ethic and take pride and accountability in your duties and accomplishments as an individual. You have expansive experience in consulting environments and understand the importance of keeping all parties involved in a project updated and in the loop at all times.
You are a multitasker who can work on multiple projects at once. You enjoy fast-paced, dynamic projects and teams, and have the following qualifications.

- Work closely with Civil, Structural, and Relay teams assuring an integrated design
- Mid-level Substation Physical Engineer 3-8 years’ experience
- Ability to use CDEGS and/or WinIGS (Grounding studies per IEEE80)
- Ability to use CYMCAP
- Ability to design lightning protection per IEEE
- Knowledge of completing rigid bus calculations per IEEE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000
