The SUDC Role and How You WILL Make a Difference
The SUDC role is vital to the overall care of our community, as it serves to guide those in need through personal challenges, helps ease behavioral burdens, and empowers others to achieve a healthier state. The Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) works with clientsindividually and in group settings andteaches skills on behavior modification with the goal of full recovery. Manages caseload including care plan and ASAM management
Who We'd Love to Join Our Team
Our Tooele Substance Use Team provides individualized treatment for clients, with strong collaboration between the client and their community resources, support systems, as well as behavioral and primary health care providers. The Tooele program focuses on addressing clients wherever they are in the recovery process and helping them gain independence to improve their overall quality of life.
For this role, we are looking for someone passionate about helping underserved populations, detail-oriented and organized, and willing to innovate when needed. Additionally:

Who We'd Love to Join Our Team

For this role, we are looking for someone passionate about helping underserved populations, detail-oriented and organized, and willing to innovate when needed. Additionally:
- Bachelor's degree in social work
- Three years of experience working in the substance use/behavioral health/human services field
- SUDC license in Utah State currently active and in good standing
- Master's degree in social work (preferred)
