We are seeking an experienced Counselor Assistant to maintain and support the clinical and operational needs of our facility. Our ideal candidate is professional, organized, and contributes to our positive team culture. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth administration and supports our mission in being a leading treatment program and providing outstanding client care.

Counselor Assistant Requirements
In order to be considered for the Counselor Assistant position, you will need:
- Experience with Office management
- Certifications Requirements: CAC or CADC or CASAC
- Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's degree preferred
Counselor Assistant Responsibilities
- Oversees administrative functioning of the facility in an organized and professional manner.
- Transporting clients to and from sessions
- Manage and process intakes
- Facilitates support groups
- Maintains financial records and collects patient responsibility
- Enters data into the computer system and maintains its accuracy.
- Participates in Treatment Team Meetings as needed.
- Supervises front office area ensuring area is hazard free and kept orderly
- Maintains office supply stock weekly and submits orders for any supply items running low
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
- Contacts property management for any maintenance related issues
- Ensures compliance with DCF & Joint Commission requirements.
- Ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.
- Mails paid invoices to appropriate party as requested by CFO and/or Financial Controller
- Performs other duties assigned.
Pay: 50,000- 60,000 per year
Schedule: M-F; 9-5pm
