Senior level experience developers (Subject Matter Specialist II) with and responsible for: Project goals, justification & success criteria, Product features, Security requirements; Data conversion requirements, Performance requirements, Installation requirements, Localization requirements, Testing requirements, Cross-system interface requirements, Data archival, backup & retrieval, Reporting requirements, Project flexibility matrix, Stack ranking of features, Roles and responsibilities , Hardware design, Security design, Software component design. The technologies required to meet the business need are ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, MVC, WCF/REST Services, SQL Server 2008, VSS, TFS, VS 2008/2010, JavaScript, SQL quarries, Ajax, ESRI - GIS (geographic information system), File share setup.
Knowledge and/or ability to understand programming technology for current systems includes but not limited to the following: ASP.Net, Java, HTML5, java Script, ODBC, REST, MS SQL, Windows based, VPN, SSL TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS, Web Logic, IIS, VMware, middleware technologies (e.g. DCOM, COM, COM+, RPC, ansi SQL), XML, XSLT, SCC, WSDL, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, API, directory services, authentication methodologies, routers, firewall, NIC, Oracle, MS Project, Blackberry App development and other new programming languages as appropriate to the task.
