Blackmon Mooring/BMS CAT is a global leader in disaster restoration. From initial clean up to complete rebuilds, Blackmon Mooring/BMS CAT is there every step of the way. We work on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as several thousand dollar residential losses and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry.

We are currently looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties:

• Cabinetry install/repair
• Carpentry
• Finish-out
• Flooring
• Painting
• Sheetrock / Drywall
• Roofing
• Texturing
• Trim work

Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our sub-contractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows:

• $1,000,000 each occurrence
• $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
• $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

Business Automobile Liability as follows:

• $1,000,000 combined single limit

OR

• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
• $500,000 property damage
