Subcontracting Professional (F/M/D)

The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We are a governance and advisory function for the entire region and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to help our operational colleagues reach their (and all our) targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of a subcontracting strategy for NCE in alignment with regional business needs
• Support the definition of an operating model internally as well as externally, i.e. between Vestas NCE and subcontractors
• Define and implement the forecasting process for subcontractor demand in close cooperation with sub-regions and in alignment with overall capacity planning process
• Support capacity planning process with input on various demand factors
• Develop appropriate KPIs for measuring subcontractor performance incl. solution for tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar or completed commercial or technical education (e.g. Industrial Clerk or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably from service operations or procurement 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English on professional level

• Strong (internal) customer focus with ambition to support people
• High ability to structure tasks and plan activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
