Responsibilities- Greet clients at the front desk and escort them to the chair.
- Provide a thorough consultation with the client with hair services.
- Provide various Floyd's services. (Cuts, color, shampoo, blow-dry, neck shave, and shoulder message)
- Escort client back to the front desk, assist with check out procedure and invite to return to the shop.
- Keep the station clean and organized by sweeping and cleaning around the station.
- Attend ongoing training classes.
- Educate clients on retail products.
- Assist clients with the checkout process.
- Follow all safety standards when dealing with stylist tools, and in-shop ergonomics.
Qualifications
- Must have an active Cosmetologist/Barber/Hair Design License in the state performing services.
- Must be reliable and on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to Stand for sustained periods of time.
