Salary:

The Studio Administrator will be a vital part of our team at Fig Industries. In this new multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our studio, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and providing unparalleled administrative support to both our team and to clients. As a leader of team support, you must thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Fig Industries Account Manager with client communications and client support.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and solve routine customer issues.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized studio environment,  including the photo studio set up/break down. 
  • Coordinate and manage studio schedules. Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Process billing and invoicing Collect and tabulate monthly client billing information and review with the Account Manager.
  • Conduct quality checks on various assets, including websites and client deliverables. Ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by using project management (Wrike), office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and CRM software. 
  • Procure and manage studio supplies, printing, Fig Industries internal and external sourcing. 
  • Research, identify, and create new systematic leads , supporting Fig Magazine and Fig Industries growth. 
  • Manage client appreciation initiatives, including gifts and thank you notes. Coordinate efforts to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate special projects as needed including mailers and shipments.
  • Facilitate, tabulate, and report on client satisfaction surveys and results.
  • Work closely with the team to research and submit Fig Industries for industry related awards.
  • Prepare materials and aids for presentations, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
  • Manage the quarterly Fig Magazine system wrap-up tasks to close out a project.
  • Updates to the Fig Lancaster website as needed for issue launch and/or product updates.
  • Occasional local Fig Lancaster deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain quarterly Fig Magazine print archive for all locations.


Requirements & Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional office environment work experience.
  • 2 years direct experience or 5+ years of similar experience 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge and direct experience using CRM and project management software 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
