Student Services Coordinator- Inservice Education Nursing - Mother Gamelin Ctr, Spokane, WA
Under the general direction of the Inland Northwest Washington (INWA) Service Area Director for Education and Practice, the Student Services Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative, planning, and operational support services of a confidential nature for the students, core leaders, and educational partners, interacting with internal and external customers across a broad range of goals and work groups.
The Student Services Coordinator functions as a member of the service-area-wide professional development team, and establishes systems and processes that support student programs. The Student Services Coordinator independently manages student clinical placement processes for nursing, pharmacy, and allied health students including initiating, confirming, and monitoring Clinical Affiliation Agreements, computer access and training compliance, onboarding and orientation, and auditable records for each student as required by Washington Administrative Code and Providence policies. Manages pertinent elements of student educational program record-keeping and monitoring as required for compliance with regulatory agency requirements (Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and others).

Shift Details : Full-time, 8 hours daily, 40 hours weekly, Day Shift
Required Qualifications:
+ Associate's Degree in Health-related field
+ 2 years working within a health care or academic organization
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field
+ Recent experience using EPIC or a similar electronic health record to retrieve information for use by clinicians and/or scholars.
