Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated student to join our team as a Student Research Assistant for HPC User Support and Projects. This position will require the involvement of daily user support, documentation of best practices regarding user support and development of user facing tools. Specific responsibilities will include:
1) Assist in providing user support for HPC systems, software, and applications.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve HPC-related issues and communicate effectively with users.
3) Participate in projects related to HPC user support tool development.
4) Document best practices, FAQs, and user guides to improve support services.

3) Programming and Scripting Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Bash scripting, or other relevant languages will be a plus.
4) HPC Experience (Preferred): Any prior experience with high-performance computing systems, parallel computing, or clusters can be beneficial.
