If you are 16 years of age or older, you are eligible to apply for this opportunity. This position is perfect for those who are just starting out in the healthcare industry, as it has a limited set of responsibilities. You will have the ability to work around your school schedule, as the hours are flexible and adaptable.

As a member of the Food Services Team, you will be supervised and trained to ensure that our patients receive warm meals. Your duties may include assisting with tray passing, cafeteria duties, dish room sanitation, and inventory management. This position provides an excellent opportunity to network within the healthcare system and explore a variety of career paths available at Henry Ford Health.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in a Food Service or cash handling setting preferred.
  • Able to read, write, speak English and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Personal computer and data entry skills, preferred.
