Position Specific Summary
The student will serve as a Finance Assistant and perform tasks to support the operations of the office. Tasks include: process various student organization purchase requests, update tracking sheets and Engage software, and ensure all requests have been completed. Provide information via email and in person. Handle virtual and face to face meetings. Special projects or duties may be assigned as needed.
Standard Position Description
Students will perform tasks to support financing and/or budgeting operations of an office, department, or program. Tasks may include: assisting with accounting, purchasing, travel and expense reimbursements, budgeting and financial record keeping and reconciliation, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Special projects or duties may be assigned related to specific office needs.
