What you will be doing:
We are searching for energetic baristas to join our opening team- no experience necessary! The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry, and enjoys working with people. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that is welcoming and engaging.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, making and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages, speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers, maintaining a clean and sanitized work station, following health and safety guidelines, and contributing to a positive team environment
Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures and around heavy equipment.
