Structural Steel Project Manager

Iron Force Constructors, Inc. (IFC) is a Structural Steel services company serving the Arizona market that provides detailing, fabrication and erection services for commercial projects.

We are seeking a new team member to join as Project Manager. The Project Manager role will manage the estimating and project management of his/her own projects and clients. As the Project Manager, your role is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with detailers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives for the project
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment
• Provide guidance and support to other team members

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Structural Steel Project management
• Must have clear understanding of the erection process for stairs, balcony rails, ramada’s, canopies, trellises, fences, gates, light and heavy Structural Steel infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work at home within the local Phoenix area. Equipment will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
