- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fitting
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including mig hard-wire welding
- Familiarity with machining processes and soldering is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
