Structural Fitter/Welder

```Duties:```
- Perform welding and fitting tasks according to blueprints and specifications
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Measure and inspect completed work using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
- Ensure proper fit and alignment of welded components
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Experience:```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fitting
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including mig hard-wire welding
- Familiarity with machining processes and soldering is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
