Engineering firm in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer/Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and revise work plans as needed
- Manage all aspects of a project and review deliverables before delivering to client
- Manage project budgets
- Manage project tasks to meet project schedules
- Utilize staff effectively to successfully complete projects
- Communicate with clients to effectively meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
- P.E. or S.E. preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a structural engineer designing all building types
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
Salary is commensurate with experience.
