· Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience, preferably with at least some experience in the consulting engineering field

· Degree in civil or Structural Engineering

· Experience in project management

· Ability to manage/lead a design team (5-10 team members)

· Ability to liaise with clients and professionals of other disciplines

· Ability to prepare calculations, designs and drawings

· Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction

· Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations

· 3D modeling for design purposes and the ability to create drawings using AutoCAD

· Professional Engineering License REQUIRED
