The candidate will work as a Senior Structural Engineer responsible for designing structures using concrete and steel and ensuring they comply with relevant codes and regulations. They will also lead project teams and interact with clients and contractors.
Skill Requirements:
- BS Civil Engineering or MS Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in concrete design, steel design, including foundation design
- Ability to read and interpret geotechnical reports
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes
- Experience in leading design teams, directing drafting, mentoring young engineers
Preferred:
- Proficiency in using Structural Engineering software such as RISA
- Experience with wind and seismic design
- Effective client communication skills
- Experience in writing specifications and creating bid packages
