Primary Responsibilities
Structural Designer I is responsible for drawing development as assigned by the Chief Department Engineer
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years marine, industrial or recent military experience performing comparable job duties. Must be able to gain access to military installations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in drawing development, 3D modeling and an understanding of design, in any or all of the following areas: structure, HVAC, mechanical systems, wire ways or fitout.
- Work involves lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds or more, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
