Primary Responsibilities
- Copy detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs by hand or using computer-aided design software
- Demonstrate experience in structural drafting of all phases of the construction documents, and create structural drawings on BIM from engineering sketches and instruction
- Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for the production of design development and construction documents, and a thorough knowledge of structural planning, drafting, detailing, and building materials
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in structural engineering or related projects
- Experience with AutoCAD and other BIM software
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
- Preference is given to local candidates
