Detailed Job Description:   
Senior Stress Analyst – 
Senior Level Stress Analyst to perform structural analyses for situations exceeding Structural Repair Manual (SRM) limits.  Provides evaluation and substantiation of repair solutions to minimize aircraft downtime of commercial nacelle hardware and ensure compliance with certified type design and airworthiness per FAA/EASA requirements.
•    Able to work in fast pace environment while retaining a positive customer centered attitude in an inter-team environment.
•    Must perform work independently and provide guidance to junior level engineers. 
•    Provide recommendations to management to improve technical solutions and improve turnaround time.
•    Strong classical hand analysis of metallic and composite structures with Finite Element Model skills with NASTRAN/PATRAN.
•    Ability to provide quick engineering judgment to release repair dispositions in an expedited manner.
•    Open to flexible schedule to work with team to provide adequate coverage i.e. Sun – Thur or Tues – Sat when necessary.
•    Nacelle Stress Analysis Experience and Repair Analysis preferred
Required:  Classical hand analysis.  NASTRAN / PATRAN.
Preferred:  Collins/UTAS Stress Analysis experience, Structural Repair Manual Stress Analysis Experience, Related Stress Analysis support experience for repair situations (i.e. MRB, Liaison), Engine Nacelles (Thrust Reverser, Fan Cowl, Exhaust and/or Inlet)
Distinguishing Experience:  Collins/UTAS Structural Repair Manual Stress Analysis Experience, UTAS ELAM Experience
