Amassing over 40+ National, World, and Olympic Titles, hundreds of victories across several sports, and numerous features on global media outlets such as The Joe Rogan Experience Podcast and ESPN, NeuroForce1 has established its name in high performance Strength and Conditioning / sports science. Due to recent growth and expansion, NeuroForce1 is now seeking a highly qualified Strength and Conditioning professional to add to the team. While the position is listed as Performance Coach in a part time format, the ideal candidate will possess the skills and desire to eventually grow into the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Collegiate or professional Strength and Conditioning experience (minimum: 2 years).
CPR/AED certification required.
Implement strength & conditioning programs for NF1 athletes both in and out of season.
Provide high level application of performance coaching with athletes of all levels.
Adhere to any load monitoring systems and consult with sports science staff for specific advice.
Consult with the Director of Strength and Conditioning on programming strategies.
Assist with the management of equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the facility day-to-day.
Assist sports science staff with any needed assessments.
Arrive for the first session of the day a minimum of 15 min early for adequate preparation.
