Description:
As a Streaming Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for executing operations-focused tasks related to a high-volume content project. You will engage with internal stakeholders on any number of tasks related to availability data, media readiness, metadata prep, art asset organization, etc., as directed by the various leads in Content Partner Management and adjacent organizations.
A qualified candidate will have technical experience with streaming and/or digital media, strong self-organizing skills, the ability to create project status reports, the agility and responsiveness to effectively escalate issues as they arise, and can speak fluently to both technology and business stakeholders. The candidate should be fluent in any number of productivity tools such as Office, Google Docs, Airtable, etc. in order to leverage these for collaboration, project execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Execute manual tasks, or oversee the results of automated tasks, to ensure the integrity of project outcomes as described by Content Partner Management or adjacent teams’ requirements.
- While instructions and requirements will mostly be provided by leads, you must self-organize the project, work independently, keep tasks on time, and execute correctly.
- Through training, quickly familiarize yourself with the Content Management System to execute project tasks, oversee results, and research content data, as the project requires.
- Maintain clear visibility across the larger project deliverables, making sure to understand if your work has a dependency, or creates a dependency, elsewhere in the project.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate and mitigate them.
- Identify gaps in, and suggest improvements, to processes to effectively meet project needs.
