Job Overview:

The Revenue Strategy and Operations team at Coursera is accountable for the overall growth of Coursera's business. The team partners with General Managers, vertical leaders, Finance, Data Analysts, Product and Marketing to drive revenue, craft and execute growth strategy, and lead internal processes and systems to drive productivity. In this role, you will build and execute best-in-class Enterprise Strategy and insights, core operational processes, and reporting, to plan and forecast revenue. You will also take up a broad spectrum of strategic projects which shape the future of Coursera's B2B segment, which range from strategic investments, revising resource allocation, and advancing productivity.

As our Senior Strategy and Operations Manager, you will lead the Enterprise post sales Strategy and Operations, work cross-functionally to identify challenges and opportunities, and craft new strategies with vertical leaders to improve post sales productivity and operational efficiency. You are a self-starter, inspiring, independent thinking, deeply analytical, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the cross-functional leadership team to design a near-term and long-term Enterprise business & revenue strategy.
  • Drive cadence for the Enterprise segment including 3 year planning, annual planning, MBRs/QBRs, bi-weekly KPI reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis Team to build tops-down and bottoms-up revenue models on an annual basis for the Enterprise segment.
  • Develop processes and tools that provide clarity, direction, cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and accountability across the Enterprise segment.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Operations team to design a robust funnel mapping and analysis process to measure funnel conversion performance and ROI.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to design, build, and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Sales Planning Team, business operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Background in edTech or B2C software
  • Experience in heavy data analysis, manipulation and visualization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in working cross functionally and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrated project management skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, engineering or a related field of study

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business or related field of study

Compensation:

Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between$135,000- $182,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
