SalaryOverview:
Gathers and evaluates data for the implementation of new initiatives driven by the Conway Regional strategic direction with a focus on innovative strategies, delivery models, and support structures needed for Conway Regional’s success. Collaborates with Data Analysts to support the building of data reports. Performs data-based analysis of operational and financial business intelligence requests and provides qualitative interpretation of analytics.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management or Finance.
- PC-based software tools, Microsoft Office Suite, superior communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Chief HR Officer.
- Preference will be given to those with a master’s degree or related experience.
