This project is a key part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our software solutions in the electronic design automation (EDA) space.

The internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of new visualization features for PERC modules, including Parasitic Extraction (PEX), Simulation, and Memory Prediction. This role is ideal for students passionate about software development, electronic design, and data visualization, seeking to apply their skills in a real-world, cross-functional R&D environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the R&D team to design and implement new visualization features for CalMine, focusing on PERC modules such as PEX, Simulation, and Memory Prediction.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Assist in the development of user-friendly interfaces and visualizations that enhance the usability and effectiveness of CalMine.

Contribute to the documentation and presentation of project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and team members. Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure the reliability and performance of new features. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as C++, Python, or Java. Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile/Scrum). Knowledge of electronic design automation (EDA) tools and concepts, particularly in PERC, PEX, or related modules, is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in data visualization and user interface design. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Self-motivated learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
