Strategic Renewals Account Executives
Strategic Renewals Executives are responsible for working with our Corporate Impact Top Accounts to understand their needs and how we can tailor a solution to meet their ongoing goals. The SRE can navigate through large, complex organizations positioning EVERFI Corporate Impact products, services, and training to retain and grow our relationship with customers. The SRE must also work collaboratively with other internal team members to construct the right solution to meet customer goals.
You Will:
- Work as a TEAM! You are a solution oriented and customer centric account manager.
- Partner with Account Team through renewal and expansion conversations
- You will be responsible for logo and dollar retention of our largest Top Account customers.
- Establish a regular and organized cadence of engagement with customers to understand their needs, provide consistent updates about products and capabilities, use data and other tactics to ensure the customer is getting maximum value from their partnership, and achieve 100% on-time account renewals and a 90%+ renewal rate with growth
- Partner with key revenue stakeholders and leadership to ensure that renewal targets are met, partnership goals are executed against, and that there is a clear path of a long-term expansion for all accounts owned within the team
- Collaborate each customer's business and account plan, using relevant data around the customer, market, landscape, and persona to map a strategy that delivers against goals and objectives, identifies key risks, and lays out a path towards renewal and future growth opportunities across all of Corporate Impact's products.
- In Partnership with the Account Team, develop account strategies for strategic customers to retain their business.
- Providing tactical and strategic plans with specific measurable time frames to retain and grow an account.
- Managing activities to respond to customer re-sale opportunities, including solution strategy, RFP responses, demonstrations, pricing.
- Working collaboratively with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunity to expand the account during a renewal.
- Managing renewal activities to exceed assigned retention objectives.
- Becoming a 'trusted business advisor' and establish Executive relationships at senior levels within client accounts.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and timely forecasts to management
- Manage CRM Opportunity Stage progression including quote, proposal and contract delivery
Required Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in positioning and selling large, complex CRM and/or ERP software solutions. Experience selling into larger financial institutions or health care organizations is a plus
- Alternatively, 5+ years' experience working with enterprise companies in a customer service role, such as Customer Success or Professional Services and/or Sales, with experience conducting renewals.
- Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology
- Experience selling or supporting the success of customers using EVERFI or YourCause solutions is a plus
- Experience working with and navigating a complex organization and influencing senior business executives is critical.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to forecast and track activities and renewals, Salesforce preferred

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $115,000.00 to $171,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
