- You are responsible for challenging tasks such as handling and controlling all purchasing processes, such as obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, reviewing offers, and comparing prices while adhering to procurement legal requirements.
- You carefully maintain existing supplier relationships, establish new ones, and develop new suppliers for selected product categories.
- You develop interesting new ideas and methods to optimize efficiency in existing procurement processes.
- You identify and implement cost reduction potentials.
- You maintain master data and conduct data clearing.
- You handle contract negotiations and consider the supply chain.
- You manage complaints, suppliers, and contracts.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in purchasing.
- You have experience in confidently dealing with suppliers and internal departments, negotiating skills, and assertiveness.
- You have proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and good user knowledge of material management systems.
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
