We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in energy, technology, and a passion to deliver products for a growing company. The Strategic Project Manager will play a key role in SES's overall Transformation into a leading Energy Retailer in the US supporting transformation workstreams across data, systems and processes.
The Strategic Project Manager is business based and will be part of the SES Transformation Office, working closely with, but not within, IT. The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for capturing and analyzing business ambitions and requirements and work with IT and global Shell functions to drive suitable actions to support, then lead elements of the required work through to delivery.
Reporting into the SVP, Growth & Transformation, the role requires self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual with the ability to perform well under pressure.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Business and functions stakeholders; ensure stakeholders/decision makers are sufficiently informed such that efficient delivery is realized. Stakeholders will include commercial functions, subject matter experts in Lead to Cash process and Data Management and Global Shell functions
• Work with business and IT to capture requirements and E2E design, development, testing, implementation to drive workstreams to successful closure
• Process Management: The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, optimal and effective processes and ensuring that these are rolled out and practiced by the business and functions
• Devise and validate delivery plans for various initiatives, manage and drive those plans to delivery
• Provide accurate, timely, relevant and transparent status and Management Information to senior leadership and Chief Growth and Transformation Office.
• Other duties as assigned

LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE

• Required to be in-person in Houston, TX through a hybrid workplace environment
