Coordinates aspects of a large multi-year strategic growth program. Involved in interaction with Digital Velocity’s AWS Practice, Business Development, consultants, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project is typically focused on the delivery of a new or enhanced product to a client. Project administration skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a technical background is often required to manage competing interests. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment. This position works closely with Project Managers and Management.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support our DV Cloud Program Office by monitoring and managing key metrics in the AWS Partner Network (APN) portal associated with strategic growth initiatives.
- Support DV Business Development in monitoring and managing funding submissions in the APN Customer Engagement (ACE) portal.
- Provide inputs to weekly stakeholder reporting on critical metrics from APN and ACE associated with strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide inputs to support recurring Program Office meetings for multiple work streams associated with strategic growth initiatives.
- Support the organization and submission of AWS partner competencies and specializations.
- Support and monitor technical certification drives and associated reporting.
- Contribute APN and ACE data to DV Marketing to support Growth Ops initiatives.
- Organize and monitor case study capture and submission in APN on a regular and recurring basis.
- Organize and monitor CSAT submissions in APN on a regular and recurring basis.
- Provide relevant program updates and content to appropriate stakeholders.
- Works with team members to gather information and collaborates with program team and management to determine possible/probable impacts to the program, document mitigation steps taken in troubleshooting and communicate these to the team and customer.
- Stays abreast of industry best practices through research, conferences, training seminars and participation in professional associations. Participate actively as a member of virtual teams and assist peers as appropriate. Is a passionate learner, actively looking for opportunities to expand project management skills.
- Take full advantage of available Education and Certification resources and actively participate in CDW and Partner events.
- Documents, tracks and communicates program issues, aids in bringing to resolution.

- Reviews delegated tasks to insure timely and accurate completion.
- Communication: Provides the appropriate documentation and reporting.
- Communicates all aspects of program to the appropriate team members.
- Has clear and concise communication. Leads and facilitates both live and virtual meetings. Keeps meetings on track, on topic and summarizes assigns and publishes follow up items in a timely manner.
- Adapts communication style and medium to the audience needs.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business or computer related field or equivalent experience
- One to three years of experience in delivery of Infrastructure Project Management
Required Qualifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- A professional, customer-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners and peers is a must
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
Preferred Qualifications
