Strategic Program Coordinator

The Strategic Program Coordinator assists the Director of Strategic Initiatives in expanding its role for the strategic future of the Housing Department. The coordinator will provide leadership and support in the planning, development, and evaluation of environmental change strategies, strategic communications, and programs and initiatives for the purpose of shaping an agile and creative Housing department.
Primary duties
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative, and other programs
  • Event planning for staff and students of Housing
  • Strategic Development Planning
  • Interact with Parents and students during Open House and Orientation

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or business
Experience in leading projects, social media, and management. Understanding of event management, project management, office supervision and/or management, communications, relationship management, and campus relations.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office preferred.
