Job Tasks:
Support the TPRM process and the Category Managers in the Review and Approval of New Suppliers during the Supplier Onboarding process
Be a resource for our clients, employees and Suppliers for questions on how to submit and approve Engagement requests
Take overall responsibility for TPRM Process (SME) & Governance, and coordinate Weekly & Monthly Status Meetings
Build KPI report & tracking, and work with Risk Domain Owners to address challenges & identify areas for improvement
Facilitate the process to integrate Due Diligence findings into Ariba, and answer any questions that arise about the process
Capture approval of Issue Resolution & Mitigation activities in the Ariba Supplier Risk Module
Experience:
Experience with ERP, procure-to-pay, and e-sourcing technology solutions (preferably SAP, Ariba P2P, and Ariba SourcingPro)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Administration or related background
Skills:
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Communications, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint)
