Strategic Planning And Business Process Specialist

Responsibilities:  

• Experience analyzing reporting data requests and confirming requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholder(s) and technical teams to modify existing reports and develop new reporting products.
• Conduct quality assurance on outgoing data and content.
• Performing ongoing stakeholder management in areas such as data quality and interpretation.
• Assist with drafting SOPs.
• Develop report specifications, reporting requirements, and other products and processes.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance (Must be able to obtain)
• Previous DHS or TSA experience (active DHS highly desired)
• DHS\TSA Suitability desired but must be quickly clearable.
• Must have 5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience.
• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Strong MS Product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to work well with short deadlines.
