Job description

Our Strategic Growth team is the face of the company and the engine of our expansion. As a Strategic Growth Manager on the Attach Team, you are directly responsible for driving net-new revenue as it specifically relates to Title and Escrow. In its simplest form, the Attach SGM's role is to effectively articulate the value proposition of our in-house ancillary partners to win new business and drive long-term customer loyalty. 

ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Ancillary services are a key pillar of our vision to create the best possible experience for real estate agents, buyers and sellers. This is a newly created team with the ability to drive significant long-term value for the company.
  • Successful SGMs leverage customer relationships and collaborate with our ancillary partner and cross-functional stakeholders to create and channel new business and drive repeat business. 
  • The role is similar to an Enterprise Sales role due to the complexity of sale, objection handling, negotiation and length of process. The refreshing part of this sale is that you are ultimately hiring candidates as employees, and thus the role really meets at the intersection of strategy, sales, and recruiting. 
  • The equally demanding need for high IQ and EQ in this role has resulted in an incredibly high performing and driven team of diverse backgrounds such as investment banking, management consulting, and enterprise sales.
  • This is a fully onsite role and will report into our Miami, Palm Beach, or Broward offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, sales, or business development
  • Self-starter attitude; excited by ambiguity and affinity for building 
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, glass half full mentality, natural leader
  • Ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
  • Highly organized; capable of handling multiple deadlines simultaneously and liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
