The Strategic Finance team is looking for a highly-motivated candidate to join our team and play a crucial role as we set direction for the company, scale our business, and build an amazing culture. What you'll do
+ Build detailed financial models from scratch to enable business planning and strategic decision making
+ Develop an approval framework to assess the strategic and financial implications of our largest deals
+ Support executive-level decision making with thorough deal ROI analysis
+ Conduct contribution margin analysis to understand account profitability over time
+ Deep-dive into GTM efficiency to support future investment decisions
+ Own creation of key analyses for quarterly Board meetings
+ Establish excellent cross-functional relationships with Customer Engagement, Marketing, and Data teams
+ Remain flexible and willing to wear multiple hats in support of high importance, ad hoc leadership requests
Who you are
+ 3+ year of experience in one of: corporate/Strategic Finance, sales strategy & operations, investment banking, or consulting
+ Highly-motivated, self-starter who remains flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
+ Exceptional analytical skills with experience building financial models and forecasts
+ Strong business acumen and communication skills to facilitate strategic decision making
+ Collaborative working style with an ability to consider all stakeholder needs
+ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets abilities
+ Experience with Salesforce and SQL a plus
Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $156,200 - $203,500 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC and LA. The base salary range for this role is $140,600 - $183,100 for all other work locations including remote.
